I am fortunate enough that my 14 year journey has taken me to all paths of training, including training kids and teenagers.
I am passionate about training for all age groups. The same benefits that are achieved with my adult training also apply to kids and teens. I love teaching lifelong lessons and skills that will set your children up for a healthy future. My training includes elements of games and sport skills, focusing on endurance, strength and flexibility.
Kids Fitness is an important part of being healthy, staying disciplined and confident. Encouraging children to be active from a young age sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay active throughout their lives.
