From the very beginning of my journey as a personal trainer, I’ve been passionate about helping people improve their health through exercise, nutrition, and finding the right balance in life. I don’t believe in quick fixes or fad diets—true transformation comes from long-term lifestyle changes. This passion has driven me to build a business that not only helps people achieve their goals but also empowers them with knowledge and sustainable habits.

 

Total Fitness Training focuses on three key pillars of health to ensure you get lasting results. The three rings in my logo—forming three hearts—symbolize my deep love and commitment to these essential aspects of Nutrition, Exercise & Well-Being!

 

 

             

With over 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve built a diverse background that includes boxing, weight training (with a strong foundation in both powerlifting and Olympic lifting), seven years of yoga practice, and five years of CrossFit training.

In addition to hands-on experience, I hold qualifications in both Nutrition & Diet and as a  Health Coach. These certifications have been especially valuable in supporting clients managing conditions such as pre-diabetes, diabetes, and heart disease—helping them create sustainable lifestyle changes through movement, nutrition, and mindset.

My training style is completely centered around you. I firmly believe there’s no such thing as a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to health and fitness. Every program I create is tailored specifically to your individual goals, needs, and lifestyle.

I’m here to support, motivate, and guide you every step of the way. I’ll train you with empathy and understanding—while also holding you accountable and helping you stay on track to achieve your goals.
